If neighbours have dogs barking at night or all day and disturbing the neighbourhood, you can call the Town of Hearst By-Law officer at 705-372-2829 to make a complaint or if it's during the evening or the middle of the night, you can call the OPP to make a report. You can also make a formal complaint in writing to the General Manager.
