Current rates for each of our rental projects as of January 1st, 2022:

Rates for market rent:

Place Lambert:

Family 1 bedroom = $446.00 plus utilities, parking and other charges*
Family 2 Bedroom = $496.00 plus utilities, parking and other charges*
Family 3 Bedroom = $603.00 plus utilities, parking and other charges*

Place Charbonneau:

Family 1 Bedroom = $615.00 plus parking and other charges*
Family 2 Bedroom = $713.00 plus parking and other charges*
Family 3 Bedroom = $791.00 plus parking and other charges*

Place St. Paul:

Seniors 1 Bedroom = $566.00 plus parking and other charges*
Seniors 2 Bedroom = $679.00 plus parking and other charges*

Rates for subsidized rent:

All subsidized rents are calculated at a rate of 30% of all gross household income (the income for all members of the household) + parking and other charges*. When the income of a household is higher and the amount of the rent calculated at 30% exceeds the current market rent rate above, the tenant automatically becomes a market tenant and the rent is established at market rent.

The minimum rent that a household could pay for a unit is based on the current Ontario Works scale

* Other charges may include, but are not limited to, a minimum amount to recover electricity costs, the use of an air conditioner or electric fireplace, etc. These fees are added to the basic rental amount and are in accordance with the regulations established by the CDSSAB.
