The Corporation has established a maximum rent amount for every unit. The maximum rent amount is usually increased every year as per our budget increase required by CDSSAB.  If someone has a higher revenue, they are considered a tenant at market price, which is the maximum amount to be paid for the rent at that particular moment.  The only thing different is that, for these units, the tenant, at some of our projects, is responsible to pay for his own utilities on top of the maximum rent.
